Ever since leaving school Lisa has worked in the health and fitness industry which cultivated her passion for helping others.
Lisa now leads a team of the best Remedial Massage Therapists in Cockburn as well as leading the way by bringing Remedial Massage to the mining industry.
Lisa started her journey with Personal Training, Gym Management and Group Fitness instruction while working in gyms throughout Perth. She really enjoyed guiding people towards their health and fitness goals, which is where she developed a passion for educating her clients on how to live healthier and happier lives.
After working in Perth Gyms Lisa made the move to work in the Fly in Fly out industry as a Health and Lifestyle Coordinator. During this time, Lisa ran a Wellness Centre on one of the camps that offered Yoga, meditation, Pilates and foam roller classes.
Working in the Wellness Centre is the reason for the change of direction in her life. Lisa was able to see the importance of creating balance in her life and wanted to help others get to that same point.
Starting the business back in 2017 she wanted to help people and educate clients on how important it is to look after their bodies and that you don’t have to live in pain.

Lisa went on to complete her qualification as a Remedial Massage Therapist everything fell into place for her. She found her passion in helping people understand how important it is to look after their bodies.

Hannah grew up in a small country town in the wheatbelt – Lake Grace. When she completed school, she then travelled to New Zealand to work and travel! Always growing up with a passion for sport and fitness.
Hannah is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist who is truly passionate about the health and wellness industry. Growing up she was heavily involved in sports and fitness including long distance running, swimming, and soccer. In New Zealand she then discovered the gym and MMA. After suffering numerous injuries including strains, sprains, tears, and dislocations throughout these years, Hannah discovered how vital self-care and maintenance is. This allowed her to continue to participate in the activities she loved.

Hannah found a passion in helping people recover from sports related injuries and muscle tightness as a result of many years of fitness and contact/non-contact sports. Hannah chose to become a Remedial Massage Therapist to discover the ways to assist the human body to work to an optimal level. Working in a Chiropractic clinic for over a year allowed her to work with and help clients overcome numerous different injuries and issues. Hannah’s goal is to help provide amazing benefits to not only one’s performance levels, but also general health and well-being.

Marki’s professional journey started back in Czech Republic, when she graduated Sport & Health college in 2009, followed by Certificate IV in Rehabilitation assistance.
Not long afterwards she has made one of the biggest decisions of her life and moved to New Zealand. Traveling become her life passion as well as exploring new places, cultures, food, different kind of jobs. It was in 2014 when she moved to Perth and for the very first time started to feel balance in her life. She started improving her English followed by upskilling in manual physical therapy, fitness and a Diploma of Remedial massage therapy. -
Marki has had the opportunity of working in hospital, rehabilitation centre, physio clinic and has been privileged to work with clients of various ages, health issues, and backgrounds whom she has helped to achieve a better quality of life.
She truly believes in her work, a holistic approach to the human body and overall balance in life. -

Lisa is a first-generation Australian with Italian heritage, (think Sooshi Mango!) and lives on a working farm north of Perth with her husband and dad next door. She has two adult sons and the connection, warmth, and resilience of family life continue to shape her values and approach.
As a Remedial Massage Therapist, Lisa brings a supportive, uplifting and grounded presence to her work, inspired by a lifestyle that values vitality, genuine connection, and everyday wellbeing.

Laura is a Remedial Massage Therapist from Barcelona, Spain. She has lived in Australia for the past seven years, mostly in Brisbane, and has recently moved to Perth, where she hopes to build her future.
She began working as a massage therapist twelve years ago and has been part of the bodywork and wellness industry ever since. She is passionate about different modalities of healing and brings experience, intuition, and genuine care into every treatment.
Outside of massage, Laura’s second passion is dance, which helps her feel free and connected to her body. She also enjoys karaoke, hiking with her partner, and spending time at the beach.

Laura works with a strong sense of presence and intuition. Every session is adapted to the person in front of her — their body, their tension patterns, and how they are feeling on the day.

Tyla moved back to Perth in 2020 to follow her passion in the health and wellness industry, studying and completing a diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Upon completing her Diploma, she has worked in several different settings, from remedial work in a chiropractic clinic to day spa work on Rottnest Island, building a strong rapport with large client bases and improving her skills.
Growing up Tyla enjoyed a variety of community sports. It was when she started Yoga and Pilates that she saw the benefits of regular stretching and massage sessions first-hand.
Tyla enjoys helping her clients achieve their desired outcomes from massage sessions and takes pride in providing treatments that increase mobility and target acute and chronic pain. She has a special interest in helping clients with lower back, hip and leg pain and dysfunction, and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients, from young to elderly, sports enthusiasts to desk workers and everyone in between.

Following on from her studies, Tyla has been continuing her learning journey and is especially interested in furthering her skills and knowledge in human anatomy.
She uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and kinesio-taping, and enjoys working with manual lymphatic drainage. She is also looking at undertaking her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) to further her knowledge on how gut health can play apart in muscular dysfunction.

Sandra graduated as a Physiotherapist in Germany, where she also competed as a professional rower. With a strong passion for supporting and helping people, she began her career working with clients of all ages before her love of travel led her to Asia. She lived and worked in Malaysia as a Sports Physiotherapist with the National Sports Council, supporting athletes at major international events and later specializing in racket sports while traveling with both the Malaysian and Great Britain badminton teams. In 2020, she moved to Perth and absolutely loves calling it home.

Sandra brings over a decade of dedicated experience in remedial massage and manual therapy, working with clients of all ages. Her career has taken her from Germany to Malaysia and across the international sporting circuit, where she supported elite athletes at the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and world badminton events. She later completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in Perth and loves continuing to expand her skills. Her training as a Pilates instructor is adding depth to her understanding of movement and the body.
Sandra’s approach centers on skilled manual therapy and evidence-based treatment to help clients feel better, move better, and support long-term physical wellbeing.

Monique grew up in Tasmania before spending time living in Queensland and New Zealand, eventually settling in Perth, which she now calls home. Her journey through different places and environments has shaped her appreciation for movement, nature, and the importance of caring for both the body and mind.
Her passion for health and wellbeing led her to pursue a career in remedial massage therapy, where she enjoys helping clients feel more comfortable, mobile, and connected to their bodies. Monique takes a personalised approach to each treatment, adapting her techniques to suit the individual and combining remedial knowledge with a holistic understanding of the body.
With a firm yet nurturing touch, Monique creates a calm and supportive space where clients feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. She believes massage is not only about addressing physical tension and discomfort, but also about supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, Monique enjoys practising yoga, hiking, and spending time in nature. These practices are an important part of her own wellbeing and continue to influence the grounded and mindful approach she brings to her treatments.
